Christian Poole, who lived in Utah, was charged with sexually abusing his daughter when she was ages 5 to 16. His daughter confirmed the charges in a recorded statement to investigators. Mr Poole moved to Idaho with his wife and children. His daughter then refused to testify against Mr Poole.
